Rooms were very nice. Fireplace in the room gave it a very special touch.
Bathrooms definitely need updating. A cabinet was broken.

Very pleasant hotel with lovely rooms. Bathrooms need updating and don't match the upscale quality of the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was simple and had everything necessary for a quick stay.
The hot tub did not work, there was no beach access (used hotel next to it).

The hotel was more than a nice hotel for the price. The room had everything anyone would need (minus a kitchen) for a pleasant stay in Pismo. The stairs to access the beach, the spot is great for walking.
The breakfast could have been better.
